All donations made through our platform are voluntary and final unless specified otherwise. We provide 80G receipts for eligible donations. Refunds on donations may be considered at our sole discretion in case of technical errors. Donations are used for the stated program purposes as described at the time of donation.

3Volunteer Terms

Volunteers act in a personal capacity and are not employees of NgoHub. We reserve the right to accept or reject volunteer applications. Volunteers must maintain confidentiality of beneficiary information and adhere to our Code of Conduct at all times.

4Membership

Membership fees are non-refundable. Membership benefits are personal and non-transferable. We reserve the right to terminate membership for violation of these terms or the Member Code of Conduct.

All content on this website including text, images, logos, and data are the property of NgoHub. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission.

6Disclaimer

Our services are provided 'as is' without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website. Impact figures and statistics represent our best estimates based on available data.

7Limitation of Liability

NgoHub's liability is limited to the amount of donation or fee paid by you in the transaction giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
